1. Use of Performance & Racing Parts

Certain parts sold on this website are designed for off-road and racing use only. These parts may alter the vehicle’s emissions, safety, or performance and may not be legal for street use. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws before installing and using these parts.

2. No Warranty on Racing Parts

Parts designated for competition or off-road use are sold as-is, without warranty, unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer. The buyer assumes all risk related to the use of such products.

3. Installation & Use Disclaimer

The improper installation or use of UTV parts can result in serious injury or death. It is strongly recommended that all parts be installed by a qualified professional. By purchasing from us, the buyer agrees that they are solely responsible for ensuring proper installation and safe operation.

4. Release of Liability

By purchasing and using any product from ARD, the buyer:

• Acknowledges that off-road and racing activities are inherently dangerous.

• Agrees to assume all risks associated with the installation and use of the purchased parts.

• Releases ARD Racing LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability, claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use or installation of purchased products.

5. Indemnification

The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ARD Racing LLC against any claims, damages, or legal expenses resulting from product use, installation, or modifications.

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to this Return Policy, Disclaimer, and Release of Liability
