Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following conditions:
1. Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Condition of Item: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories and hardware included.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
• Electrical components (unless defective)
• Special order or custom-made parts
• Clearance or closeout items
4. Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee may apply to certain returns.
5. Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at support@ardracingtx.com within 7 days of delivery for a resolution.
Return Process
1. Submit a Return Request via email at support@ardracingtx.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
2. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
3. After RMA is issued, Customer has 14 days to return the product to the address provided with the RMA. If parts are not received within this time period, the RMA is void.
4. Package the item securely and include the RA number inside the package.
5. Ship the package using FedEx or UPS service Insured for the retail value of the product being returned. Please do not ship USPS. We will not receive it.
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
